Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ability to handle competing demands for multiple landscaping crews at various locations
· Service company’s clientele with a customer first always attitude
· Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs due to weather, changing team dynamics and to meet unexpected client requests
· Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment
· Orientation and training of new personnel when required
· Experience with snow removal operations in a commercial setting
· Ability to handle the operation, scheduling and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons
· Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement amidst the team
· Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
· Ability to provide landscape maintenance quotations
· Attend meetings and site walks with clients (as required)
· Always working in an ethical manner
· Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman/woman in landscape operations/maintenance in a commercial setting
· Operational landscape maintenance and snow removal knowledge for a large team is critical
· Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations
· Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol, submit work requests as required
· G License required – clean drivers abstract required
